These are our most popular workshops, but we can customize any workshop to meet your needs. Workshops can be held at one of our participating locations or at a venue provided by you. Spas can typically accommodate groups of up to 40 participants, but can vary depending on location. We have recommended select Aveda products that are the perfect companion to our workshops.

Pricing:	15 participants: $50 per person 16 or more participants: $40 per person
Duration:	60-90 minutes
Purpose:	Participants will learn valuable stress management and self-care techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing and self-massage, that can be implemented at home to reduce stress.

Saving Face large or small groups

Purpose:	Participants will learn to analyze their current skin condition and become aware of how it changes daily, as well as from season to season.

Make an Appearance small groups of 15 or less participants
